Pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Komunikasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Mitra Bangunan Abadi Kabupaten Tangerang

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of leadership and communication on employee performance at PT. Mitra Bangunan Abadi, Tangerang Regency, either partially or simultaneously. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling, namely 53 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 19.127 + 0.520 or (6.224 > 2.008). Communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 17.546 + 0.560 > 2.008). Leadership and communication simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 9.855 + 0.389X1 + 0.383X2. The correlation coefficient value of 0.762 means that it has a strong level of relationship with a coefficient of determination value of 58.0% while the remaining 42.0% is influenced by other factors and hypothesis testing obtained a calculated F value > F table or (34.530 > 2.790).
