Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja dan Komunikasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT Mandiri Andalan Utama Jakarta Selatan

This research aims to analyze the effect of work discipline and communication on employee performance at PT Mandiri Andalan Utama South Jakarta. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method. The population in this study was 58 employees with the sampling technique used, namely a saturated sample, so that respondents were obtained as many as 58 employees. Data analysis methods use simple linier regression, multiple linier regression, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, partial t test and simultaneous F test. The results of this research show that: (1) There is a positive and significant influence between work discipline (X1) on Employee Performance (Y) at PT Mandiri Andalan Utama Jakarta Selatan, this can be proven from the tcount value of 7,681 > ttable 2,004 with a significance level of 0,00 < 0,05. (2) There is a positive and significant influence between communication (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) at PT Mandiri Andalan Utama Jakarta Selatan, this can be proven from the tcount value of 9,905 > ttable 2,004 with a significance level of 0,00 < 0,05. (3) Simultaneously there is a positive significant influence between work discipline (X1) and communication (X2) on performance employee (Y) at PT Mandiri Andalan Utama Jakarta Selatan, this can be proven by obtaining an Fcount value of 62,249 > Ftable 3,16 with a significance level of 0,00 < 0,05.
