Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh strategi pengembangan sumber daya manusia, kepuasan kerja, dan komitmen organisasional terhadap produktivitas karyawan di PT Abrasi Indonesia. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi berganda. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei terhadap karyawan PT Abrasi Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pengembangan SDM memiliki pengaruh paling signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan dengan koefisien regresi 0,412 (p < 0,05), diikuti oleh kepuasan kerja (β = 0,328) dan komitmen organisasional (β = 0,276). Secara simultan, ketiga variabel independen tersebut mampu menjelaskan 68,5% varians dalam produktivitas karyawan (F = 42,876). Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa pendekatan komprehensif dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia, yang mencakup pengembangan kompetensi, peningkatan kepuasan kerja, dan penguatan komitmen organisasional, merupakan strategi efektif untuk meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis dan praktis dalam pemahaman faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas karyawan serta menyediakan rekomendasi strategis bagi manajemen untuk pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang berkelanjutan.
