Pengaruh Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Turnover pada Karyawan Rumah Sakit Misi Rangkasbitung Lebak

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of perceived organizational support and work motivation on turnover among employees of the Rangkasbitung Lebak Mission Hospital. The method used was quantitative. The sampling technique used the Slovin formula and obtained a sample of 80 respondents. Data analysis used validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients and hypothesis tests. The population in this study were employees of the Rangkasbitung Lebak Mission Hospital and the number of saturated samples was 80 respondents. Data collection methods were through questionnaires with a Likert scale, observation, and literature studies. The results of this study indicate that perceived organizational support significantly influences turnover, with the hypothesis test showing t count > t table or (3.126 > 1.991). Work motivation significantly influences turnover, with the hypothesis test showing t count > t table or (2.680 > 1.991). Perceptions of organizational support and work motivation simultaneously significantly influence turnover, with the regression equation Y = 13.193 + 0.286 + 0.201, with a coefficient of determination of 21.6%, while the remaining 78.4% is influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test shows that F count > F table or (7.058 > 3.11).
