Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of work discipline and work assessment on employee performance at PT Cipta Selera Murni in West Jakarta. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling/slovin formula/ancient rao formula and a sample of 55 respondents was obtained. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient and hypothesis test. The population in this study is PT Cipta Selera Murni Consumers in West Jakarta and the number of saturated samples amounted to 55 respondents. The method of data collection is through questionnaires with a likert scale, observation, and literature study. The results of this study are that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with a determination coefficient value of 51.7.4% and the hypothesis test was obtained by counting > ttable or (7.394 > 2.008). Work assessment had a significant effect on employee performance with a determination coefficient value of 40.7% and the hypothesis test was obtained by calculating > ttable or (5.917 > 2.008). Work discipline and work assessment simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance with a regression equation Y = 8.755 + 0.422X1 + 0.360X2, the value of the determination coefficient was 61.3% while the remaining 38.7% was influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test obtained the value of Fcal > Ftabel or (39.681 > 2.790).
