Abstract

Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas penulisan naskah ilmiah dan pengelolaan jurnal di Lembaga Pendidikan Penelitian dan Pengabdian Putra Bangsa. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi meliputi rendahnya kualitas naskah ilmiah yang masuk, terbatasnya kemampuan pengelola dalam menerapkan sistem manajemen jurnal elektronik, dan kurangnya keterampilan tim editor dalam proses review dan publikasi. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif melalui workshop, pelatihan, dan pendampingan intensif selama 6 bulan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kualitas naskah yang diterima sebesar 65%, implementasi sistem OJS (Open Journal System) berhasil 100%, dan peningkatan kompetensi tim editor mencapai 80%. Program ini berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan kredibilitas jurnal akademik dan mendukung diseminasi hasil penelitian yang berkualitas di bidang manajemen dan pendidikan.
