Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of organizational culture and work discipline on employee performance at PT OPT Oilfield Services Tangerang. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling where all members of the population are used as samples, thus the sample in this study amounted to 70 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients and hypothesis tests. The population in this study where employees of PT OPT Oilfield Services Tangerang and the number of saturated samples amounted to 70 respondents. Data collection methods through questionnaires with a Likert scale, observation, and literature studies. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture significantly influences employee performance with a coefficient of determination of 57.3%, and the hypothesis test obtained t count > t table or (2.815 > 1.668). Work discipline significantly influences employee performance with a coefficient of determination of 84.9%, and the hypothesis test obtained t count > t table or (2.134 > 1.668). Organizational culture and work discipline simultaneously significantly influence employee performance with the regression equation Y = 3.402 + 0.070 + 0.961, the coefficient of determination is 85.0%, while the remaining 15.0% is influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test obtained F count > F table or (190.152 > 3.134).
