Dampak Pelatihan dan Komunikasi Internal terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Rizki Prima Sakti Jakarta Barat

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of training and internal communication on employee performance at PT Rizki Prima Sakti West Jakarta. The method used was quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling where all members of the population were used as samples, thus the sample in this study amounted to 72 respondents. Data analysis used validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients and hypothesis tests. The population in this study were employees of PT Rizki Prima Sakti West Jakarta and the number of saturated samples was 72 respondents. Data collection methods were through questionnaires with a Likert scale, observation, and literature studies. The results of this study were training had a significant positive impact on employee performance with a determination coefficient value of 50.7% and the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table or (8.479> 1.994). Internal communication had a significant positive impact on employee performance with a determination coefficient value of 41.4% and the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table or (7.036> 1.994). Training and internal communication simultaneously have a significant positive impact on employee performance with a regression equation of Y = 7.238 + 0.451X1 + 0.386X2, with a coefficient of determination of 62.9%, while the remaining 37.1% is influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test obtained a calculated F value > F table or (58.562 > 2.740).
