Time management is a critical metacognitive skill that determines students' academic success, discipline, and long-term productivity. Globally, UNESCO and the OECD have identified the deficiency of self-management competencies among adolescents as a major educational challenge, particularly in developing countries where structured learning environments outside school remain inadequate. This Community Service Program (PKM) was designed to address this gap through an intensive time management training program implemented at Yayasan Khazanah Kebajikan, involving 23 students as participants. The training method was employed as the primary pedagogical approach, encompassing coordinated preparatory stages, interactive educational sessions on time management theory, guided practice in designing personalized daily schedules (daily planners), and reflective evaluation. Pre-intervention observations identified high rates of academic procrastination and uncontrolled digital device usage as the root causes of students' inability to maintain structured study routines. Post-intervention evaluation demonstrated significant improvements across all indicators: understanding of time management fundamentals increased from 52% to 85%, priority-mapping skills improved from 45% to 82%, self-regulation against digital distractions rose from 40% to 78%, daily study discipline commitment increased from 48% to 84%, and future academic planning motivation advanced from 55% to 89%. All 23 participants successfully produced personalized daily planners, confirming the program's effectiveness in building self-management foundations for sustainable behavioral change.
