Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has led to significant changes across various sectors, including business and entrepreneurship. This situation requires an improvement in human resource competencies, especially for vocational high school (SMK) students, so they can adapt and compete in the digital economy era. SMK students have great potential to develop entrepreneurial spirit because they are equipped with practical skills according to their respective fields of expertise. However, several challenges remain, such as limited understanding of business management, low digital literacy, and lack of experience in utilizing technology as a tool to support business activities. This community service program aims to enhance students’ knowledge and skills in business management, foster entrepreneurial motivation, and introduce the use of digital technology in business practices. The implementation method uses a structured training approach, including lectures to deliver fundamental concepts, interactive discussions to deepen participants’ understanding, demonstrations of digital platforms for business, and evaluations to assess the level of comprehension and the effectiveness of the program. The results of this activity indicate a significant improvement in students’ understanding of basic business management concepts, such as business planning, marketing strategies, and simple financial management. In addition, students show increased awareness of business opportunities that can be developed through digital technology, including the use of social media and online marketplaces.  Therefore, this program is expected to serve as an initial step in shaping a generation of young individuals who are independent, creative, and well-prepared to face the challenges of the digital era.
