PEREMPUAN BERDAYA: PROGRAM MANAJEMEN DIRI DAN PERENCANAAN KARIR UNTUK SISWI SMK CINERE

rapid growth of the digital economy has brought significant changes to education, employment, and entrepreneurship, particularly for vocational students who must be equipped with technical competencies, interpersonal skills, entrepreneurial spirit, self-management, and career planning. This community service report presents the implementation of the "Perempuan Berdaya" program at SMK Darur Roja Cinere, Depok, West Java, which aimed to foster digital entrepreneurship awareness, strengthen self-management skills, and build career planning readiness among female students. The program ran for eight weeks through a series of direct seminars, interactive training sessions, group discussions, and self-development simulations involving 35 eleventh-grade female students. Topics covered included digital entrepreneurship, personal potential development, time management, workplace ethics, and the use of digital media as a business tool. The results showed notable improvements: understanding of digital entrepreneurship increased by 86%, self-management skills grew by 81%, and career planning motivation rose by 84%. Participants also demonstrated greater confidence in setting future goals and identifying digital business opportunities. These findings confirm that integrating entrepreneurial values with self-management training and career planning is effective in preparing female vocational students to face the challenges of the digital economy. Continued collaboration among schools, higher education institutions, and industry is recommended to sustain this impact.
